Commercial EV Project Manager (Qualified Electrician)

We are seeking a high-calibre Commercial EV Project Manager to take full ownership of our commercial installation lifecycle. You will bridge the gap between our sales pipeline and field engineering teams. This crucial role requires a mix of commercial acumen, deep technical electrical knowledge, and excellent scheduling skills to ensure projects cross the finish line on time and budget.

  • Role Overview

    • Location: Dublin based
    • Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
    • Salary:  Negotiable depending on experience / KPI Bonus / Company Vehicle 
  • Key Responsibilities

    • End-to-End Ownership: Manage commercial EV projects from initial sales handover, planning, and procurement through to final completion and client sign-off.
    • Project Scheduling: Proactively map critical paths, anticipate supply chain or ESB delays, and implement recovery plans to meet all project deadlines.
    • High-Level Communication: Coordinate ESB connections and site surveys. Manage critical communications with B2B clients, SEAI, ESB Networks, and local authorities if required
    • Resource Management: Lead and schedule our team of internal field engineers, qualified electricians, and external sub-contractors (groundworks, civils).
    • Financial Control: Maintain strict oversight of project budgets, equipment procurement, and variations to maximize project profitability.
  • Requirements

    • Mandatory: Fully Qualified Electrician with background in managing commercial contracts (National Craft Certificate, Advanced Certificate Craft - Electrical, or equivalent). Applications without a trade qualification will not be considered.
    • Experience: Proven track record managing commercial electrical or infrastructure installations. (EV charging experience is desirable but not necessary).
    • Skills: Strong understanding of commercial project lifecycles, health & safety regulations, and exceptional multi-site organisational skills.
    • Certifications: Safe Pass. Full, clean driving licence.

Domestic EV Installation Electricians (Qualified/QC)

We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Qualified Electricians to join our domestic EV charger installation team across Leinster. You will handle home installation projects from the moment you receive the job brief to final testing and sign-off. This role is ideal for a skilled tradesperson who possesses an active QC number, works safely on their own initiative, and wants to build a long-term career.

    • Location: Field-based across Leinster and surrounding areas (Dispatch from Dublin 12)

  • Key Responsibilities

    • Home Installations: Carry out high-quality domestic EV charger installations safely, neatly, and efficiently at residential properties across Leinster.
    • Testing & Certification: Perform full pre-and-post-installation electrical testing and sign off jobs using your personal Qualified Certifier (QC) number through Safe Electric portals.
    • Customer Interaction: Act as the face of the company on-site, walking homeowners through the installation process and giving brief demonstrations of how to use their smart chargers.
    • Site Compliance: Maintain precise, photographic records of installations via our mobile field service app to ensure swift SEAI grant processing for our office team.

  • Requirements

    • Mandatory Trade Qualification: Fully Qualified Electrician (National Craft Certificate, Advanced Certificate Craft - Electrical, or equivalent).
    • Industry Knowledge: Proven experience and deep technical knowledge of the domestic electrical installation industry (direct experience with EV charger models and smart charging systems is highly desired).
    • Regulations: Extensive, up-to-date understanding of I.S. 10101:2020 (National Rules for Electrical Installations).
    • Licence & Safety: Valid Safe Pass and a full, clean Irish driving licence.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    Your success in this role will be measured by:

    • First-Time Fix Rate: Completing standard residential installations right the first time without unnecessary return visits.
    • Compliance & Audits: Achieving 100% compliant, error-free Safe Electric certificates submitted promptly upon job completion.
    • Customer Satisfaction: Maintaining strong customer feedback scores regarding neatness, politeness, and presentation.

Office Administrator

We are seeking an organised, proactive Office Administrator to join our team in Dublin 12 immediately. This is a varied and fast-paced role where you will support three critical areas of our growing business: core office administration, sales pipeline follow-ups, and essential accounts payable support.

  • Role Overview

    • Location: Ballymount, Dublin 12 (Office Based)
    • Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
    • Salary: €30,000- €35,000 (Negotiable Dependent on Experience)

  • Key Responsibilities

    • Sales Pipeline Support: Proactively follow up on warm sales calls and enquiries, log leads accurately, and support the sales team in converting prospects into quotes.
    • Charge Point Operation (CPO) Admin: Provide vital administrative support for our smart EV charging network software. This includes setting up new client accounts, monitoring charger connectivity, and troubleshooting basic user portal issues. Experience not necessary as training will be provided.
    • Accounts Payable Support: Take ownership of invoice entry, matching supplier invoices to purchase orders, and verifying delivery notes to keep our financial accounts accurate and up to date.
    • Core Office Administration: Manage daily office mail, answer incoming phone calls, assist with the scheduling for site surveys and engineering teams on domestic installs.
  • Requirements

    • Tech Savvy: Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, and strong Excel skills for invoice data tracking).
    • Financial Software: Previous experience with Sage accounting software is a distinct advantage (desired but not essential, as full internal training will be provided).
    • Experience: Proven experience in an office administration, accounts assistant, or sales support role. Experience in electrical, construction, or renewable energy sectors is a plus.
    • Skills: Strong numerical skills with high attention to detail for handling invoice data entry and accounts payable processes.
    • Communication: Exceptional phone manner and written communication skills -comfortable speaking directly with customers.
    • Availability: Available for an immediate start or a very short notice period.
